JPMC – FFG Series FFG
Ali:
Most organizations in the nonprofit space can’t dedicate full time staff to their technology needs. They think “Oh, it would have been nice if somehow we had the funding or the resources to make this happen.” But at J.P. Morgan, that’s where we come in.
Ali:
We put volunteer teams of about eight individuals on projects, building out these solutions over the course of about eight months.
Madeline:
This fall we’re going to have more than a hundred projects globally and more than a thousand J.P. Morgan technologists will be participating in Force for Good.
Em:
For the International Rescue Committee, being able to partner with companies like J.P. Morgan is absolutely critical to us.
Daniel:
What we’re looking forward to over the next eight months is working with the team to flesh out ideas that we haven’t thought of before.
Man:
The edit part is what’s tough.
Ali:

Woman:

Ali:
And it’s actually an incredible learning and development opportunity for our technologists.
Man 1:

Man 2:

Man 1:

Samuel:
This application is going to bring everything together centrally and help keep over 12,000 staff across the planet safer.
Nathan:
Being a part of the Force for Good program has been a great opportunity to make a difference, no matter how big or small that may be.
Tatiana:
And that’s exciting because we can help them with the skills that we have to solve a real problem in the world.
